Rich Perspectives was founded by Jasmine Richmond from a belief that professional development is about more than acquiring new skills.
It's also about understanding yourself—how you think, communicate, make decisions, navigate relationships, and respond when circumstances change.
Jasmine's work sits at the intersection of leadership development, career development, emotional intelligence, facilitation, and professional learning.
She brings a human-centered approach to development that combines reflection with practical action.

Where experience became practice
Jasmine's career has consistently centered on people, learning, development, and the design of experiences that help others grow.
Her experience spans workforce development, educational programming, leadership development, learning design, facilitation, organizational programming, and professional development.
At APTA, her work included workforce development and educational programming, career education, leadership development programs, stakeholder engagement, and program design.
At NPR, her work expanded into organizational programming, recruitment strategy, training, ERG leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and large-scale initiatives.
Those experiences ultimately became the foundation for Rich Perspectives.
