My approach bridges the gap between empathy and actionable growth. Drawing on my experience as a DEI professional and holding certifications in both EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 and Instructional Design from ATD, I build frameworks that foster psychological safety and measurable progress.
Beyond my corporate and consulting work, I serve as a board member of the CISV Washington, D.C. Chapter. In this role, I focus on training leaders and staff for our international programs, which are intentionally designed to develop youth and young adults into active global citizens.
